You're blog is fantastic thanks - I have C&C33-2 also in Comox BC - also been doing lot's of work. Next project is to replace my non ABYC compliant oven! Thanks for all of this very helpful resource!
Andy - which range will you choose? Windstar's Hillrange princess 3 burner is usable but the oven doesnt work and I find that the burners cannot be turned low enough. I enjoy cooking, and this is a minor source of frustration. Interested in what you decide to do.
